Harmonic Excitation by Machine

Machine usually vibrates in certain frequency, and its force magnitude does not vary often. Thus, we can determine the harmonic excitation of machine on a structure. Knowing the revolution per minutes, we can determine the force frequency for the dynamic load generated by the machine. If we know the mass of the machine’s moving components, we can determine the magnitude of dynamic load.
