Hydrology-Thiessen Polygon Method

A catchment may consist of several rainfall gauge stations.

Thiessen polygon method can be used to determine the mean precipitation over that catchment.

We first need to construct Thiessen polygon. These polygons are used to determine the weightage of the collected rainfall depth data by each station.
